Vergt is located in the heart of Dordogne - Périgord, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The Vernois area offers a unique way of life, just an hour from the Aquitaine capital and main cities (Agen, Marmande, Limoges, Brive, etc.). All major sites in the department are less than an hour away. Périgueux is under 20 minutes away and Bergerac less than 30 minutes—two must-see tourist cities. The Eyzies, the capital of prehistory and the Vézère valley, are also less than 30 minutes away. Lascaux caves, Sarlat, and the Black Périgord (Domme, Beynac, Castelnaud, La Roque-Gageac, etc.) are about 45 minutes away. Enjoy stunning natural landscapes you shouldn't miss. The gîte is very comfortable and quiet. Suitable for 2 people, or 2 people with a baby (changing table, baby bath, travel cot with mattress provided). Only babies are allowed, not children. Your hosts will be happy to welcome you and provide helpful information. We are set back from boulevard Fénelon, ensuring a peaceful stay. For electric vehicles, two charging stations are available in the village, at the tourist office and Intermarché. Small dogs allowed, available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is the guest’s responsibility, or can be requested for an extra fee.
