Vergt is located in the heart of Dordogne - Périgord, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The Vernois area offers a unique lifestyle just an hour from the Aquitaine capital and major cities (Agen, Marmande, Limoges, Brive, etc.). All major sites in the department are within an hour’s drive. Less than 20 minutes from Périgueux and under 30 minutes from Bergerac, two must-visit tourist cities. The Eyzies, the prehistoric capital and the Vézère valley, cradle of civilization for millennia, are also less than 30 minutes away. Lascaux caves, Sarlat, and the Black Périgord (Domme, Beynac, Castelnaud, La Roque-Gageac, etc.) are 45 minutes away. Enjoy stunning natural landscapes you shouldn’t miss. The gîte is comfortable and quiet. Suitable for 2 guests or 2 guests with a baby (changing table, baby bath, travel cot with mattress provided). Only babies are allowed, or one child using the sofa bed. Your hosts will be delighted to welcome you and provide helpful information. We are set back from boulevard Fénelon, ensuring a peaceful stay. For electric vehicles, two charging stations are available in the village, at the tourist office and Intermarché. Small dogs allowed, available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is the guest’s responsibility, or can be requested for an extra fee.
